SMS Consent
SMS Consent and Opt-in
Public preview of the SMS consent flow used during superpwr account onboarding. This page exists to provide carriers, regulators, and Twilio TCR a verifiable view of the opt-in process that lives behind our authenticated app.

Where consent is collected
SMS consent is collected during authenticated account onboarding at app.superpwr.ai. Consent is collected once per account before any SMS messages are sent. The consent record is stored with the timestamp of consent, IP address, and the exact consent text shown to the user.
The consent checkbox shown to users
I agree to receive SMS notifications from superpwr at the phone number above. By checking this box, I consent to receive SMS account notifications from superpwr at the phone number I provided. These notifications include Consensus Interchange Format (CIF) approval requests, security alerts, and operational notices for my account. Frequency varies (typically 1-10 messages per month). Standard message and data rates may apply. I can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. What users opt in to
Users opt in to transactional SMS account notifications related to their superpwr account.
- Consensus Interchange Format (CIF) approval requests.
- Security alerts.
- Scope-elevation prompts for admin-write, admin-read, automation-git, consensus, and monitoring-agent access.
- Operational notices.
SMS is never used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Frequency and rate limits
Frequency varies based on account activity. Most users receive between one and ten messages per month. Account owners with active automated workflows may receive more frequent approval requests, capped at three messages per minute per account to prevent notification fatigue.
Opting out
Users can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from us. After opting out, users receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless they explicitly opt back in.
Users can also opt out by updating notification preferences at app.superpwr.ai/settings/notifications or by emailing privacy@superpwr.ai.
Supported opt-out keywords are STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT.

Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records collected for SMS communications are not sold or shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected for SMS communications is used solely to deliver the requested account notifications and to comply with legal obligations.
Data retention
Consent records, including timestamp, IP address, opt-in confirmation, the exact consent text shown, and subsequent opt-out events, are retained for the life of the account plus five years to comply with FCC and TCPA record-keeping requirements.
Carrier disclosure
Standard message and data rates may apply per the user's mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
